Breathwork session

The session is very simple: You lay down with closed eyes and start breathing using “Circular breath” to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Our Inner Wisdom knows exactly where we’ll need to go first: While our mind would take us where “we’d like to go” or where “we think” we should go, conditioned by our desires and fears, our Inner Wisdom, once it’s freed by the control of the mind will guide us wherever we need to go to heal ourselves. That could take us to a moment of our childhood or to some episode of our life that we do not even have the memory of. An event that has wounded us physically, emotionally, or mentally, that is still there stored in some part of our “Body”, waiting to be healed, so that we can go on in our lives free of these burdens of the past.

What breathwork does to the body

The tension that we have accumulated all our life will be released and will leave the body giving us a feeling of liberation that we never experienced before. We’ll feel an inner flow of energy completely new to us

BENEFITS of breathwork sessions

We’ll get in touch with our higher consciousness and memories, that are stored in every cell of our body, will awaken, showing the roots of our suffering. After the first part of the journey that is most probably dedicated to self healing, we may start to explore different dimensions, in time and space, we’ll receive teachings from our inner guides and the final sense of awakening and liberation that we’ll experience at the end of this Journey will be beyond any description.

How to Prepare

Don’t eat anything heavy a few hours before the session. No junk food, alcohol or stimulants at least one day before and one day after the session. If possible even a few days before and after.
Drink water before and after the session. It may be possible to have a headache after the session. Drink water as much s you can, reintegrate vitamins and minerals
